Tyre service technician — Covington County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tyre service technician in Covington County, Alabama. The job is at a busy tyre bay. You will remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts; keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres; torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench; check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear; carry out wheel alignment and adjust camber and toe. Requirements: • Basic record-keeping and customer-facing skills • Confident operating a tyre changer and wheel balancer • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets Six days a week, one day off.
