Immediate opening: we are hiring a tree and shrub pruner in Jefferson County, Indiana. You will work at a private estate garden. The role involves weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds. What we are looking for: • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage 5+ years on the tools preferred.
