Site safety steward wanted in Columbus County

Join our team: we are hiring a site safety steward in Columbus County, North Carolina. You will work at a manufacturing plant. What we are looking for: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot On a typical shift you will run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
