We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Rockingham County, New Hampshire. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Day to day you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading.
