Vacancy available: rebar foreman (New York)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Nassau County, New York. The role involves tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust. You should have: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) Full-time, day shift. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
