What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles Day to day you will direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; read lift plans and method statements before starting. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends.
