Solar array installer • Marion County, Alabama

We are recruiting: we are hiring a solar array installer in Marion County, Alabama. You will be based on a residential rooftop. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Able to read PV layout drawings and wiring diagrams • Proven experience installing rooftop or ground-mount PV systems The role involves fit tile hooks, in-roof mounting kits or flat-roof ballast trays; install string inverters, optimisers and rapid shutdown devices; terminate MC4 connectors and check polarity before energizing; run DC cabling from panels to combiner boxes and string inverters; fit roof anchors, flashings and waterproof penetrations; lay out panel strings to match the shading and layout plan.
