Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Coffee County, Tennessee. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Day to day you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
