Concrete pump mate wanted in Boone County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Boone County, Arkansas. You will be based on a high-rise slab pour. The role involves float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour. You should have: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $250 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
