Shuttering charge hand • City of Poquoson, Virginia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in City of Poquoson, Virginia. The role involves fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement. Requirements: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
