Requirements: • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding Your main tasks: • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
