Immediate opening: we are hiring a general labourer in Clay County, South Dakota. Requirements: • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker Day-to-day duties: • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
