Immediate opening: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Rusk County, Wisconsin. You should have: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles Day-to-day duties: • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position Six days a week, one day off.
