Single needle operator • Searcy County, Arkansas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a single needle operator in Searcy County, Arkansas. You will work at a busy garment factory. Day to day you will clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
