Urgent requirement: insulation installer (Michigan)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an insulation installer in Luce County, Michigan. The role involves seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam 2+ years on the tools preferred.
