Requirements: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations The role involves: • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
