Construction labourer — Modoc County

Join our team: we are hiring a construction labourer in Modoc County, California. You will be based with a civil contractor. Day to day you will hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean. Requirements: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
