Now hiring: we are hiring a car painter in Screven County, Georgia. You will work in a car refinishing workshop. On a typical shift you will sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch. You should have: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Good eye for colour matching and blending At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
