We are recruiting: powder coating line operator (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Brewster County, Texas. The job is at a powder coating unit. Your main tasks: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Full-time, day shift.
