Immediate opening: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Eleme, Rivers State. The job is in a textile and apparel unit. Requirements: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently The role involves inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line. ₦100,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
