Vacancy available: shuttering and concrete hand (Missouri)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Bates County, Missouri. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. Day to day you will carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
