Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Yellowstone County, Montana. You will be based in the profile cutting and welding bay. Requirements: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely The role involves: • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
