Marble fitter wanted in Champaign County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a marble fitter in Champaign County, Illinois. Your main tasks: • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys • Measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades Full-time, day shift.
