Urgent requirement: we are hiring a press machine operator in Borough of Halton, England. The job is at an auto-parts workshop. On a typical shift you will run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature. What we are looking for: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges £12 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
