Join our team: we are hiring an occupational health and safety officer in Rogers County, Oklahoma. You will work on a road and infrastructure project. Requirements: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces Day-to-day duties: • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) 6+ years on the tools preferred.
