Canteen cook • Graves County, Kentucky

Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Graves County, Kentucky. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. On a typical shift you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift.
