The role involves: • Scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off • Update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time • Plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation • Call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point Ideal candidate: • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners • Physically fit to ride long hours and lift parcels up to 20 kg 6+ years on the tools preferred.
