Great opportunity: we are hiring a safety inspector in Charlotte County, Florida. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot On the job you will handle: • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
