Immediate opening: we are hiring a quality checker in Orange County, New York. The role involves check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges 1+ years on the tools preferred.
