Ideal candidate: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods Day to day you will wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
