Requirements: • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges The role involves inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
