Maintenance mechanic • Kent County, Rhode Island

Immediate opening: we are hiring a maintenance mechanic in Kent County, Rhode Island. You will be based at an automotive parts manufacturer. On the job you will handle: • Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and reset fault codes • Respond to emergency breakdown calls during shift • Test electrical circuits, motors and control panels with a multimeter • Lubricate moving parts and top up oil and grease per the maintenance schedule • Keep a maintenance log of work carried out and spare parts used You should have: • Confident reading technical and electrical drawings • Physically fit for lifting, kneeling and standing for long periods We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
