We are recruiting: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Monroe County, Florida. The job is at a busy fabrication workshop. You will back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish. Ideal candidate: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Able to pass a weld test on the spot Rotating shifts.
