We are recruiting: we are hiring a forklift operator in Bedford, England. Ideal candidate: • Basic English for reading labels and instructions • Strong attention to detail to avoid mis-picks • Good numeracy for stock counts and order checking You will assemble customer orders for dispatch and stage them at the loading bay; load and unload lorries and containers by hand or with a pallet truck; wrap pallets with stretch film and apply shipping labels; pack items into cartons and seal them with tape. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. £2,350 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
