Now hiring: we are hiring a rebar worker in Rio Blanco County, Colorado. You will be based on a commercial tower construction site. Requirements: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire On the job you will handle: • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions 6+ years on the tools preferred.
