Aluminium section fitter • City and Borough of Salford, England

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an aluminium section fitter in City and Borough of Salford, England. The job is at a doors and windows manufacturing unit. Your main tasks: • Assemble window and door frames from extruded sections • Fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels • Drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws • Apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames Ideal candidate: • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
