Immediate opening: we are hiring a chef de partie in Iron County, Michigan. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day to day you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
