Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Brown County, Indiana. You will work at a busy body shop. The role involves: • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun You should have: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
