Guest relations agent wanted in Henry County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a guest relations agent in Henry County, Alabama. You will work at a hotel group's central reservations office. On a typical shift you will liaise with housekeeping on room status and turnaround times; verify ID and payment details against the booking record; check guests in and out using the property management system (PMS); run the night audit and close the day's accounts on the night shift. What we are looking for: • Basic knowledge of local attractions, transport and restaurants • Previous front desk or guest-facing hospitality experience 1+ years on the tools preferred. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
