What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers On a typical shift you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls.
