CNC mill setter-operator — Sampson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Sampson County, North Carolina. You will work at a fabrication and machining plant. The role involves: • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
