Great opportunity: we are hiring a rebar worker in Clay County, West Virginia. The role involves fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust. Ideal candidate: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
