Urgent requirement: machine operator (earthworks) (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Hutchinson County, Texas. You will work on a housing development site. On a typical shift you will load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites Six days a week, one day off.
