The role involves prepare the mise en place before each service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience.
