We are recruiting: mobile crane operator (Alabama)

Join our team: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Conecuh County, Alabama. You will be based on a busy construction site. You will keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams. Ideal candidate: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Able to read load charts and lifting plans Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
