We are recruiting: lift technician (Plateau State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift technician in Kanke, Plateau State. Day-to-day duties: • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays Requirements: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
