Immediate opening: we are hiring an assembly operator in Menard County, Illinois. The job is in a packaging and assembly workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses You should have: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
