Gas pipeline fitter • Hickman County, Tennessee

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Hickman County, Tennessee. You will be based in customers' homes and kitchens. Requirements: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces On the job you will handle: • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
