We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Pierce County, North Dakota. Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers The role involves clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. 5+ years on the tools preferred. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
