Requirements: • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage Day-to-day duties: • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
